Do you deliver?

Our aim is to always meet our customers in person. Arranging the handover of the vehicle at our place of business, at a time that suits, is always preferred. However, we do offer nationwide delivery on all of our vehicles. so don’t worry if you can’t make it to us but have seen one of our cars, we can deliver it to you even if you have a part exchange.

Do I need an appointment?

No, you don’t. Just pay us a visit and we’ll be more than happy to help. But if you do prefer to plan, you can always make an appointment to see us and confirm the car you are enquiring about is still available.

Can I reserve online?

Do you arrange cars for export?

No, we don’t arrange cars for export, but you are free to export the car yourself. We will be happy to help with the relevant documentation and deliver the vehicle to an arranged destination. Speak to our team on 01962 870 707 for more information.

Are your cars HPI checked?

Yes. We guarantee our cars have no outstanding finance, and have not been stolen or written off.

Can I test drive a car?

Absolutely. We would not have it any other way. We offer test drives with no obligation to buy. Due to our rural area, you can test drive our cars with little to no worries of traffic, and go for miles!

Have your cars been checked?

Yes, thoroughly. Every car we offer for retail sale at Phoenix Car Centre has been through a demanding mechanical and safety inspection. If you want to double check before taking delivery of any vehicle, you are welcome to arrange an independent inspection at your own expense. If any mechanical or electrical problems are evident at these times, they will be remedied accordingly.

Note: inspections must be pre-booked so we can allocate space and time for the inspection to take place.

Do your cars come with road fund license

The way you purchase road tax has changed. Since 1 October 2014, car tax is no longer transferable between owners. This means that buyers of used cars will now have to tax them themselves as soon as they take ownership, rather than benefiting from tax already paid for by the seller. As part of our service, we will register and tax (at your cost) your new car.

Can I drive away the same day?

Yes. If all our checks and preparations are carried out and you request no additional work, then subject to payment terms, you can drive away the same day.

Do your cars have a MOT?

All of our cars are supplied with at least 6 months MOT.

Can you arrange finance for my circumstances?

Yes. Our finance experts can advise you on all finance options. Don’t worry about your credit history (good or bad), we’ll do all we can to help.

Which finance providers do you work with?

We are backed by the high street bank, Santander. However, to cater for all credit profiles, we use various other lenders to get the best acceptance for every customer.

What is your APR?

The rate depends on various factors. These include the amount borrowed, term, total, charge for credit, doc fees, and also which of the finance companies we deal with who accept your application for credit. Our APRs are typically very competitive against other car dealers, saving you time and trouble.

Can I apply for finance online?

Yes. You can apply for finance online. If you prefer, you can talk to one of our finance personnel face to face, or call the team on 01962 870 707. Our Finance Team are SAF approved and know car finance products inside out. They are able to answer any questions you may have as well as guide you through your application. We’re all here to help.
